1. Tóm tắt
Flashcard Promax (mã ứng dụng com.kyujinhyo.flashcard) là ứng dụng học tiếng Nhật. Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản, không có quảng cáo, không dùng công cụ theo dõi hay phân tích, và nhà phát triển không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Mọi dữ liệu học tập được lưu ngay trên điện thoại của bạn.
2. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị
- Bộ thẻ, thẻ, lịch ôn tập, lịch sử luyện tập, cài đặt, tệp bạn tự nhập (đề luyện, tệp âm thanh) được lưu trong bộ nhớ riêng của ứng dụng trên máy bạn.
- Dữ liệu này không được gửi tới máy chủ của nhà phát triển (ứng dụng không có máy chủ riêng).
- Sao lưu: chỉ khi bạn tự chọn “Sao lưu” / “Gửi sang máy khác” hoặc chọn thư mục sao lưu tự động, ứng dụng mới ghi tệp sao lưu vào nơi bạn chọn. Tệp sao lưu có thể được đặt mật khẩu (mã hóa AES-256).
- Sao lưu của Android: nếu bạn bật “Sao lưu Google” trong cài đặt điện thoại, Android có thể sao lưu dữ liệu học và cài đặt của ứng dụng vào tài khoản Google Drive của bạn (do Google quản lý, nhà phát triển không truy cập được). Khóa AI, đề và tệp âm thanh bạn tự nhập không nằm trong bản sao lưu này.
- Ảnh giấy tập viết bạn lưu được ghi vào thư mục Ảnh (Pictures/KyuJinHyoStudy) trên máy bạn.
- Bản web (hoc.applunr.com): dữ liệu lưu trong bộ nhớ của trình duyệt trên máy bạn, không gửi về máy chủ. Trang web chỉ tải mã của ứng dụng; nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (Cloudflare) có thể ghi nhật ký truy cập kỹ thuật thông thường (địa chỉ IP, thời gian) để vận hành và chống tấn công.
3. Trợ lý AI (tùy chọn)
- Tính năng AI chỉ hoạt động khi bạn tự nhập khóa API Gemini của riêng bạn (lấy miễn phí từ Google AI Studio).
- Khóa được mã hóa bằng Android Keystore và chỉ lưu trên máy bạn; khóa không nằm trong tệp sao lưu.
- Khi bạn dùng tính năng AI (ví dụ: điền nghĩa cho thẻ, giải thích câu hỏi, tạo thẻ kanji), nội dung liên quan (từ, câu ví dụ, nội dung câu hỏi) được gửi trực tiếp từ máy bạn tới Google Gemini API qua kết nối mã hóa HTTPS. Việc xử lý này tuân theo điều khoản và chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Nhà phát triển không nhận, không lưu và không xem được nội dung này. Nếu không nhập khóa, ứng dụng không gửi gì ra ngoài.
- Nội dung do AI tạo có thể sai; bạn có thể sửa hoặc xóa bất kỳ lúc nào.
4. Quyền ứng dụng sử dụng
- Internet: chỉ để gọi Google Gemini API khi bạn dùng tính năng AI.
- Thông báo, khởi động cùng máy, rung: để nhắc bạn ôn bài đúng giờ (bạn có thể tắt trong Cài đặt).
- Ứng dụng không xin quyền vị trí, danh bạ, máy ảnh, micro hay đọc toàn bộ bộ nhớ. Tệp chỉ được mở khi bạn tự chọn.
5. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người học từ 13 tuổi trở lên và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
6. Xóa dữ liệu
Bạn có thể xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt → Sao lưu & dữ liệu → Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu, hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng. Vì nhà phát triển không lưu dữ liệu của bạn, không có dữ liệu nào còn lại ở phía nhà phát triển.
7. Thay đổi
Chính sách có thể được cập nhật; ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang sẽ thay đổi theo.

1. Summary
Flashcard Promax (package com.kyujinhyo.flashcard) is a Japanese-learning app. It requires no account, shows no ads, and uses no tracking or analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect your personal data. All study data stays on your device.
2. Data stored on your device
- Decks, cards, review schedules, practice history, settings and files you import (practice sets, audio) are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
- This data is never sent to the developer (the app has no backend server).
- Backups are written only where you choose (“Back up” / “Send to another device” / an auto-backup folder you select). Backup files can be password-protected (AES-256 encryption).
- Android backup: if you turn on Google backup in your phone settings, Android may back up the app's study data and settings to your own Google Drive (managed by Google; the developer has no access). Your AI key and the practice sets / audio files you imported are excluded.
- Writing-sheet images you save are written to your Pictures folder (Pictures/KyuJinHyoStudy).
- Web version (hoc.applunr.com): data is stored in your browser on your device and is not sent to a server. The site only serves the app code; our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical access logs (IP address, time) to operate the service and prevent abuse.
3. AI assistant (optional)
- AI features work only if you enter your own Gemini API key (free from Google AI Studio).
- The key is encrypted with Android Keystore, stays on your device and is excluded from backups.
- When you use an AI feature (e.g. filling card meanings, explaining a question, creating kanji cards), the related content (words, example sentences, question text) is sent directly from your device to the Google Gemini API over HTTPS, under Google's terms and privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- The developer does not receive, store or see this content. Without a key, the app sends nothing off the device.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you can edit or delete it at any time.
4. Permissions
- Internet: only to call the Google Gemini API when you use AI features.
- Notifications, run at startup, vibrate: for study reminders (can be turned off in Settings).
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or broad storage access. Files are opened only when you pick them.
5. Children
The app is intended for learners aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Deleting your data
Delete everything at any time in Settings → Backup & data → Delete all data, or uninstall the app. No data remains with the developer.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated; the effective date above will change accordingly.
